Why it’s almost great (but not quite)

The location was fantastic—just minutes from Disneyland! The room amenities, including a fridge and microwave, added a nice touch! !

Sadly, cleanliness was lacking, with dust settling on surfaces and some questionable stains on linens.

This place was a wonderful surprise. My room was spacious, featuring a fridge and microwave. I enjoyed a restful sleep in a comfortable bed, with a refreshing air conditioning system. Plus, being just a short walk from Knotts Berry Farm made my stay even better. Perfect for families looking for convenience and comfort.

All fine, but outdated furniture

Domino's Pizza is just a hop away for a quick bite, and if you’re craving some serious flavor, The Kickin' Crab is where it’s at with those spicy seafood delights. Plus, having three queen beds made our family time so comfy! Quick check-in was the cherry on top.

Now, on the downside, those walls in our room were looking like they had a tough life—peeling and stained like a worn-out movie set. We even had a cricket that would make a chirpy cameo at night! While everything outside looked alright, it was a bit sketchy inside with it being barely tolerable.

Excellent hotel with great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff once guided me to my destination, which means a lot. I'm excited to return next year!

close to knott's and buena park downtown for weekend strolls

During my stay, I loved how easy it was to visit knott's berry farm, just a short walk away, and exploring buena park downtown made for some great afternoon walks filled with dining and shopping options. the staff were friendly and check-in was a breeze.

I appreciated the warm and inviting decor, which made my stay comfortable. The bed was particularly cozy, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. Additionally, the location provided easy access to nearby attractions, perfect for seniors like me.

my recent stay was surprisingly delightful. the room was clean and the beds were comfy, definitely better than my previous visits to similar places. i appreciated the quick check-in and how conveniently located everything was for exploring the area.

the wi-fi connection was weak.

We enjoyed the spacious room with three queen beds, perfect for our family of six. The mini fridge and microwave worked great, which made snacks and quick meals easy. The location is ideal, just a short drive to Knott's Berry Farm. However, the cleanliness was a major issue. The carpets were dirty, clearly not vacuumed recently. We found dust on all the surfaces, and there was an old cookie beneath the chair. The bathroom walls showed signs of rot. The unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room was off-putting. We felt uncomfortable and didn't want to spend much time in the room. Staff could improve on maintaining cleanliness and addressing issues quickly. Overall, the place served its purpose for a quick stay, but deeper cleanliness checks are definitely needed and could improve guest comfort significantly.

The condition of the room leaves a lot to be desired, stained sheets and old carpets in desperate need of replacement. The shower is prone to being either too hot or too cold, adding to the discomfort. With outlets that barely hold a charger and a malfunctioning deadbolt, security feels questionable. The overall cleanliness is concerning, resembling more of a rundown shelter than a hotel experience.
